Hello, I’m Sallyanne, a compassionate and experienced professional counsellor and psychotherapist with over a decade of expertise in mental health and wellbeing.

I hold postgraduate qualifications in counselling and regularly dedicate time to additional studies in mental health, trauma and other psychotherapeutic modalities.

Throughout my fulfilling career, I’ve had the privilege of assisting a diverse range of individuals navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues.

My therapeutic approach is centred around you, focusing on your strengths. I aim to create a nurturing and understanding space crafted to meet your unique needs.

Using a variety of techniques and modalities, I’m here to help you develop skills and achieve your goals.
