While physical first aid courses are plentiful and most people understand the best way to help someone with physical health problems it is uncommon to find people who have the skills to assist with common mental health problems. Mental Health First Aid aims to address this gap.
People from all walks of life benefit from Mental Health First Aid training whether they be motivated community members, volunteers, or workplaces. No previous expertise or experience is required to attend a Mental Health First Aid course.
